How do I book a reservation?
Fill out the Form on the "Book Online" page first. A team member will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the date, time, and any other event details. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until deposit is received & a team member follows up. An invoice for the balance will be sent once we make contact for confirmation.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit to secure your event date and time is $50. This is Non-refundable, but is applied to your package total.

What will the balance be and when is it due?
Your invoice will show a complete breakdown. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event date. If not received on time it may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the $50 deposit. If booking is made less than 7 days before the event, the balance is due same day.
Is there a damage fee or damage deposit?
Yes, there is a damage deposit of $100. This is charged along with the balance 7 days prior to the event date and is included on the invoice. This will be refunded after the event considering all conditions of the contract are met (no damage, all items in play area, all balls in ball pit, etc.) This is refunded within 48 business hours of pick up time,, but may take 7-10 business days to receive funds based on your financial institution.

Can children over the age of 5 use the equipment?
Short answer: No
Long Answer: Currently, The Ball Pit Experience (6'x6' ball pit only) is the only rental that can be used by children and adults of all ages. All other soft play equipment and mini bounce houses are only for children 5 and under. This is for the safety of the younger children. Our goal is to provide entertainment to the youngest children who are often overlooked during events.

What does event day look like?
We will arrive at least one hour prior to start time to set up for the event. We will come back at the event end time to take down the equipment which typically takes about one hour.

Where do you deliver?
Delivery within Bloomington/Normal Illinois city limits is free. We will deliver to other cities in Central Illinois for a delivery fee that would be calculated at booking.

Can we keep the equipment longer than four hours?
Yes ,each additional hour would be charged $50 and must be requested during booking. We do not allow equipment to stay overnight.

What if we want to rent the equipment for less than four hours?
We can leave the equipment for 1 to 4 hours. All packages are priced for up to 4 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason you need to reschedule/cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are available with NO REFUNDS. We would be happy to reschedule to another available date based on availability.

What are your policies regarding weather conditions.
If you are hosting an outdoor event you assume ALL weather-related risks. We strongly encourage having a backup place indoors to set up if needed. However, “BEFORE SET UP” if it should rain, winds are above 15 MPH, or either are in the forecast we will work with you on a solution BEFORE setting up. If you are not able to hold your party indoors, you can check for another available date. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.

Is there an attendant on duty?
No, the equipment rental does not include an attendant of any kind. Equipment is dropped off and picked up, but adult supervision is required at all times.

Where can equipment be set up?
We can set up at any kind of event, home, or venue both indoors and outdoors. Customer must supply power for mini bounce houses and the power source must be within 50 feet. If setting up at a public park please confirm power source prior to booking. Examples of places we can set up include backyard, hotel banquet room, garage, church, etc.
How often is the equipment cleaned?
All equipment is cleaned and disinfected before and after every new event. Ball pit balls are washed after every event.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments are made through Square. Payments can be made through Cash App as well at request.

What are your days and hours of operation?
We generally service events Saturday and Sunday. However, based on availability events can be done during the week and on some holidays. Please send a message if your date is not available as we may be able to make arrangements to accommodate. Be on the lookout for weekday specials! The earliest we will drop off an equipment rental is 8AM and the latest we will pick up is at 8PM on any day.

Can we pick up the equipment?
No, we currently only offer drop off services which includes the set up and break down.

Is there anything we should know about outdoor events?
Outdoor set up will require a shaded area or a suitable cover in the form of a canopy tent, or pavilion, as the equipment will get hot in direct sunlight. We do not provide any forms of shade. We refuse the right to set up if temperatures are too hot and/or there is no acceptable form of shade for the soft play. A tarp will be provided underneath, but please make sure the ground is flat, dry and clear from glass and debris.
